The research just keeps piling up.
Given that the average person breathes twice as often as diagnostic norms suggest we should, this suggests that the average person breathes inefficiently, or over breathes.
Have there been times where we all feel we could have acted a little less impulsively?
Hopefully the research builds up enough that sooner than later we all see the need to practice efficient breathing as much as much as we see the need to perform other life skills more efficiently and more regularly – such as good nutrition, exercise, yoga, time to self etc. etc.
